Local profile

• A local user profile is created the first time you log in to a computer and is stored on computers local hard disk.
• Any Changes mode to user local profile is specific to file the computer on which you made the changes.

Roaming Profile 

• A Roaming user profile is created by your system administrator and is stored on a server.
• This profile is available every time you log in to any computer on the network.
• change mode to your roaming user profile is updated on the server
